If you still don't remember him then this might click your mind! he is mostly remembered as founder of BHU! The BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY in 1916, now one of the largest in the world with 12000 students with wide Spectrum of courses to choose from!
He was also founder of "The Leader" News Paper from Allahabad in 1909! acted as the chairman of the "The Hindustan Times" from 1924-1946! It was through his efforts that in 1936 the daily newspaper started publishing in Hindi too!
